866 796 9919 Does anyone know who this is? It sounds like a predictive dialer, but they dont have enough people to handle the telemarketing, so it just ends up being a hangup call.

• 03 February 2004 - 866-796-9919 - They just violated the rule regarding predictive dialing: They called me, but they had no person available to answer the call. After several seconds the call just disconnected. The rule says that they must provide a live human to talk to you within a few seconds.

The number has been busy on several attempts to call it back. Now it is ringing, but no one is answering. I'll have to check the rules and see if this is yet another violation.... 3 more attempts to call the number and it is busy every time.

• 04 February 2004 10:06PST - 1-866-796-9919 - Another hangup phone call. The number is still busy a lot. If it rings, it rings for about 20 times, no one answers, and eventually the call is disconnected. When the call is disconnected, there is a message like "Your party is not answering. Please try your call later. We're sorry, but your call will now be disconnected." And then there is a code number at the end of the message "53 520", or "53 865".

• 04 February 2004 19:28PST - 1-866-796-9919 - Another hangup phone call. No answer when called.
